This weekend my parents came to visit and we made our second trip to the pumpkin patch, grandparents in tow. Merri had a good time running through the pumpkin tunnels and in the straw under the pumpkin stage. We picked out a big orange pumpkin and a little white pumpkin to take home and carve. My dad and I also made several food purchases in the general store, so not good for my diet... So we went home and carved the pumpkins and Merri was not generally impressed. We also bought lights for the inside of them instead of candles, candles may come home today instead, I donapos;t like the lights. Yesterday the girl and I went and bought a coloring book and crayons and a baby doll. We had fun coloring and we went on a long walk around the neighborhood. Later the girl had a hard time with her nap bc the evil teeth are back, they are haunting us again in their last attempt to cause pain in her mouth. She is getting her upper and lower canines. Ouch She also has the runny nose that goes with it so she is not a happy camper at bedtime. Other than that, not much to report. It was a good weekend and now it is time for being back to work
